Live in Joy Program

“I can’t even begin to design what I want. I only know what I don’t want.”

We can change this up together.

You can Live in Joy.

Have you been living from the place of:

  • choosing the least-worst option instead of what you’re excited for?
  • feeling capable, but simply not knowing what you want to do next?
  • hiding out supporting a loved one’s more impassioned, clearer goals?
  • postponing improvements until your circumstances are “right?”
  • a dispassionate fatigue that you’d really like to put a stop to?

If any of your answers are sitting heavily with a deep, knowing ‘yes,’ and you’re motivated to not have any more of your precious life feel this way, this program was made for you. It offers a little more structure than open-ended therapy or “blank slate” coaching sessions. I designed the program I wish I’d have been offered when I was unknowingly sidelining my own joy. Playing it safe, not yet realizing I was entrenching more of the same. I needed an outside influence, and a loving, powerfully reflective coaching partnership made all the difference.

Program features:

The Live in Joy program will allow you to (re)discover your essence and purpose, create a vision and define projects you are genuinely excited to action, with the tools to have you enjoy building them out. You will become clear on your powerful “whys” and know without hesitation what’s in it for you.

Dedication to Jennifer Quigley:

Jennifer & SJ

Live in joy,” was the motto of my brilliant best friend Jennifer Quigley, who we lost mortally, but certainly not in life impact on November 14, 2025, at age 48. Jen, an English major and “active-voice”-uncompromising educator, improved my long-dispensed advice to, “Never postpone joy.

Jennifer is greatly missed, but her key message remains – perhaps even accentuated by our tragic loss. Choosing to live in joy is belief we shared and endeavoured to embody. I am here to help others live in joy.
